Contact Improv - Kirstie Simson on Tour
During the fall 2008 season, Kirstie Simson and a dedicated band of dancers will be traveling to a variety of cities in the area to create a series classes and performances in the region. Each event will be hosted by local dancers and accompanied by local musicians.
September 13th - Urbana, IL
Where: The Channing/Murray Chapel

1-2:30pm -- Warmup and Class (led by Kirstie Simson)
3-5pm -- Jam with musicians (led by Jason Finkelman)
5:30-6pm -- Informal performance/practie for the public
For anyone interested, we will be meeting to have lunch at 12pm
the Espresso Royale Cafe on the corner of Goodwin and Oregon.
Cost
$8 for students
$18 for adults
Cost is on a sliding scale according to need, and is for
those wishing to attend the class and music jam from 1-5pm.
The informal performance is free for all to attend
All proceeds go to pay for space rental and the musicians.
